Q. How long does it take for the order to be processed?
A. Bulk orders take 12 working days to process after design confirmation. You will then receive a notification when we ship along with tracking details.
Q. Can I see a draft before you print?
A. Yes! You will receive your draft design in 2-3 working days.
Q.Is it possible to make changes after the first draft is completed?
A. We're happy to make minor changes but complex alterations will be chargeable beyond one change.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. No cancellation or refund after design work begins. If you need to cancel you can contact us before we start designing!
Q. When do we make a payment?
A. We take a 50% advance to start design work and the remaining 50% should be transferred when the product is ready to be shipped.
Q. Do you charge for shipping? Do you give a GST bill?
A. Yes we do charge for shipping. And we do provide you with a GST bill. Once you finalise your product and quantity we will send you a quote which will include GST and shipping charges.
